Rachel Sandoval is a Los Angeles native who fell in love with baking and pastry during college. She has worked around the Bay Area as a Pastry Chef at Michelin-starred Spruce and AL’s Place. Post-covid, Rachel retired from restaurants and put her creative writing degree to use by working in social media and email marketing for hospitality clients. Living the best of both worlds, Rachel resides in Mountain View, California with her chef husband and two cats.
